Donuts :)
Hey everyone! So during black friday this year I came upon a donut maker at Macy's. I figured it looked simple enough to make and might actually turn out delicious....so I bought the machine. I was right, it was actually very easy to make and the dough made quite a bit. They aren't regular size donuts, they are more like the mini donut size. I was really happy with the results!
| The batter mix is included in the box...simple and easy to prepare! |
Just decorate with glaze or chocolate and they are ready to eat! **DELICIOUS**

Ambrosia
Hey everyone....This is Thanksgiving Dishes Parts 2. The only other dish I was able to take photographs of was the Ambrosia :) It's really good....The reason why i chose to put food coloring into the salad is because the marshmallows were white. If you purchase the mini marshmallows that are colored then there is no need to add the food coloring unless it is desired.
AMBROSIA
Ingredients:
3/4 Container of Cool Whip (8oz size container)
1 container sour cream
1 can Fruit Cocktail
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1 Bag small Marshmallows
(Food Coloring if wanted)

Luscious Lemon Cheesecake
Today Khloe and I made Lemon Cheesecake....It was super easy and fast to make.
Ingredients:
2 pkgs (8oz each) Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
1 TBSP. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees.
Cream Cheese
Yummy fresh lemon!
Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Lemon Peel and juice, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs & mix until it's blended with mixture.
Pour into Graham Cracker Shell.
Place in oven.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and refrigerate at least 4 Hours. Garnish as desired.
The cheesecake came out wonderful....Its nice and refreshing after a savory dinner. The delicate hint of lemon is the perfect contrast to a creamy filling. What will tomorrows adventure be? One can only imagine :)
